Why it matters
"Can you do my windows" doesn't say if it's a one-off or a round
A new enquiry might be someone wanting a single clean before a house move, or someone wanting to join your regular four-weekly round, and those need completely different replies, one's a quote for today, the other's a slot in a schedule you're already juggling across dozens of streets. Without knowing which, you either under-quote a one-off as if it's a round rate, or lose a regular customer because you replied like it was a single job.
How it could work for you
New enquiries that already know your rounds
Enquiro's flow asks whether it's a one-off clean or an ongoing round, the property type, and roughly how many windows, house, flat, or commercial unit. Round requests come through ready to slot into whichever day you're already working nearby, one-offs get a straightforward quote without disrupting your schedule.
Example enquiry
“A homeowner who's just moved in wants a one-off clean to start, then wants to know about joining a regular round.”
