Why it matters
A regular round and a one-off rescue job need different answers
Someone filling in "need my lawn sorted" might want a fortnightly mowing round that runs all summer, or they might have a moss-covered lawn that needs treating before it's fit to mow at all. Those are two completely different conversations and different prices, but a plain contact form treats them the same. Without knowing the size and current state of the lawn, you can't say whether you're quoting a regular round or a one-off renovation job, so every enquiry needs a phone call before you can even open your diary.
How it could work for you
Size and condition, so you know what round you're building
Enquiro's flow asks what service is wanted, mowing, feeding and treatment, or a one-off tidy up, then the approximate lawn size and its current condition, patchy, mossy, overgrown, or just needs a regular cut. You can slot it straight into a round with a real quote, or flag it as a renovation job that needs a look first.
Example enquiry
“A homeowner wants a fortnightly mowing round set up for the summer, plus advice on a patchy area.”
