Why it matters
"Can you install this for me" doesn't say what "this" is
Installation enquiries cover an enormous range, a TV going on a plasterboard wall, curtain poles across a bay window, a home gym rig that needs bolting to a solid floor, and each one needs different information before you can even estimate time or price. A generic contact form just says "installation needed" and leaves you messaging back and forth for the wall type, the item's weight, or a photo, while the customer's patience for that back-and-forth runs out fast.
