"New flooring in the living room" isn't enough to quote from
Flooring quotes depend on things a generic contact form never asks: is it laminate, engineered wood, vinyl or carpet, roughly how many square metres, what's the current subfloor like, and is the customer supplying the material themselves or expecting you to. Without that, most fitters end up quoting a range, getting it wrong, then re-quoting once they've actually seen the room, while the customer's already messaged someone else who asked the right questions first.
